Aromatic cheese

  • 200 gr strained yogurt
  • a bunch of fresh thyme, fresh origano, fresh basil, fresh chives
  • extra virgin olive oil
  •   
    Mince cut the fresh herbs and mix with yogurt.
    Put the mixture into a cheese cloth and wrap.
    Refrigerate for 5 – 6 hours.
    Keep in the fridge until it is time to serve.
    Before serving, take it out of the freezer and spoon it into olive oil.
